PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS
Welcome
We are truly delighted to welcome you and hope that your time with us will be as enjoyable as possible ! Here is some important information to help you prepare for your visit in the best possible conditions.
Transport
A member of the ministry will be present to warmly welcome you upon your arrival at the airport or train station. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time on the ministry’s number: +33 7 81 69 55 58. Kindly let us know your arrival and departure times in advance. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (missed flight or train), please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you. The ministry can arrange the purchase of your tickets directly, or reimburse you following prior agreement.
Accommodation
We will cover your hotel stay, including breakfast. All meals outside the hotel will also be provided by the ministry. Please note that any additional charges incurred at the hotel (meals, drinks, etc.) will remain your responsibility. We do our utmost to offer comfortable hotels, although we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. If you are travelling with a team, we will do our best to ensure that the entire group is accommodated in the same establishment.
Meals
The Theophilus Company will cover all meals for you and the person accompanying you. Should other members of your party wish to join you, their meals will be at their own expense. In order to welcome you in the best possible way, please inform us in advance of any allergies.
Visits to Paris
Should you wish to take advantage of your stay to explore Paris, we kindly ask that you let us know well in advance. We will do our best to organise these outings, within the limits of our capacity. Travel and activity expenses for you and your companion may be covered, with the exception of museum entrance fees, which will remain your responsibility.
Dress code
In order to keep everyone’s attention fully focused on the message, we kindly ask that you wear modest and covered attire: loose-fitting clothing, without low necklines. If you are wearing trousers, we encourage you to pair them with a long top.
Our values
Our ministry is founded on solid biblical convictions, including:
· Personal and collective prayer
· Personal and collective fasting
· The truthfulness of the Bible
· The ministry of women Discover all of our biblical values in detail by clicking here.
Prophetic life
We fully believe in the prophetic ministry. However, we invite you to share prophetic words only during our public times of worship or in the presence of a ministry leader. Personal testimonies are most welcome; we do ask, however, that you limit these to experiences that are verified and well-founded.
Relations with members
Out of a concern for the protection of all, we kindly ask that you refrain from establishing individual relationships with members outside the context of our gatherings and in the absence of a leader. The ministry cannot be held responsible for any difficult situation that may arise from unstructured contact.
Political references
We ask that you refrain from any political commentary or from expressing views contrary to Scripture, in order to preserve the unity and serenity of our times together.
Order of services
So that each service may be experienced fully and in good order, we ask that you respect the timetable of the meetings (the message, the ministry time, etc.) and participate actively in times of worship and praise.
Once again, we are honoured to receive you and pray that this visit will be a true blessing to you. We look forward to seeing you very soon!
